Assistance

YXC’s Airport Administration Office is located to the right of the Car Rental kiosks. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm. Please visit our office if you require assistance or would like to provide feedback.

Lost & Found

Items which are found inside the Air Terminal Building or in the parking lot are turned in to the Airport Administration Office. Items may be claimed between 9:00am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Please contact the airlines if you believe you lost an item on an aircraft.

Baggage Carts

Baggage carts are available at YXC and are located between the baggage carousels in the arrivals area, as well as outside the building beside the departures doors. You will need to insert a loonie into the baggage cart to release it from the line, and then when you return it, you will be able to take your loonie back. 

Accessibility

All of the public facilities at the Canadian Rockies International Airport are fully accessible by wheelchair. Our airline partners also offer wheelchair service within the terminal, and to and from their aircraft. Please inform the agents upon arrival if you will require this service. If you require an escort to assist you to the boarding gate, please contact your airline for more information to make the necessary arrangements upon booking your flight.
